COVID-19 took the world all by surprise, no one expected to have to social distance from family, friends and colleagues. The thought of having to move away from working in office spaces with another 100+ people working in a building was unthought of.
Call centres took a shift in the way they operate, some were already remote, but from one day to the next all call centers became remote. This is where Market Value has played an important role. Because of Market Value’s trajectory in the sales, customer service and staffing industry some of our clients have approached us to staff their call centers.
Some of our clients are fortune 500 clients looking to innovate and adapt to today’s working conditions and new standards. As well as giving people out on the look for a work from home opportunity. Ideal for anyone who wishes to stay safe during this pandemic but most importantly for those who have to with schools and child-care facilities being closed many parents prefer to be home to supervise their children.
In just a few months we have been placing approximately 100+ work opportunities within our clients call centers. This new venture has made our company and our goals grow, we want to staff 200+ people on a monthly basis within our clients’ remote call centers.
Current Openings
Cox Communications
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 12pm to 9pm EST
Training: 2 Weeks
Compensation: Hourly + Bonuses
Computer:
• PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or 10, 4GB of RAM, Intel Core i3 or higher processor
• Chromebook (with USB port & Ethernet connection)
• MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac (O/S High Sierra 10.13.6 or newer, 13” screen minimum, USB port & Ethernet connection)
• Not acceptable: iPad, tablet, smart phone
High-speed Internet:
• High-speed 25mbps download and 5mbps upload speed. (Test your Internet speed at speedtest.net)
• Wired connection with an Ethernet cable from your computer to your router is preferred. (Wi-Fi can only be used if the speed meets requirements.)

Security
We are offering work from home positions to handle incoming sales and customer service calls for a major security systems company.
Duties include handling inbound calls from existing customers, guiding their query and recognizing opportunities for upselling and upgrades. 2 weeks paid training in Product Knowledge, SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and client-specific solutions. Hourly + Monthly Bonuses. Work from home opportunity.

Duties include handling inbound calls from the public to schedule COVID Vaccines in various lab, medical centers or community centers that offer COVID vaccination to the public
This is a work from home opportunity with set schedule at 40 hours a week.
